Standard shipping takes 5-12 business days after the order is placed.

Skilla is not responsible for parcels once they are scanned as delivered by our carrier.

*IMPORTANT: We cannot guarantee that you will or will not be charged any customs taxes or duties. Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. This applies only to international and US Orders.

Changes to Order
Once an order is placed we cannot add, remove or change any items in the order.
Once an order is placed it cannot be cancelled.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Skilla Athletics assumes no responsibility for lost or stolen packages and cannot ship out out any replacement packages or refund these orders. Please contact the shipping carrier directly if you have not received your package or cannot locate it.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. In the event that a delivery address is submitted incorrectly or mistyped when an order is placed, Skilla Athletics assumes no responsibility and cannot ship out replacement packages or refund these orders.
If you realize that you submitted the incorrect address at the time of order, please email email@example.com and notify us immediately. We can correct the address only if the order has not been shipped out yet.
Returned to Sender
Orders may be returned for various reasons such as an incorrect shipping address or several failed delivery attempts. If your order is Returned to Sender, we will charge an additional shipping fee to send a replacement package or we can refund the order minus a $10 restocking fee. The original shipping amount is not refundable.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
